XenoSkin P is an ex vivo porcine ear skin model available as dermatomed or full thickness membrane disk for in vitro skin permeation testing (IVPT), dermal absorption or penetration safety studies of chemicals, pharmaceuticals according to OECD TG428, MDR 2017/745, EU No 528/2012, EFSA. The porcine skin explants are an excellent model for in vitro skin permeation testing (IVPT) alternative to in vivo studies. The models are in line with 3R : Reduce, Refine, Replace Animal Testing.
